Our Story
Angel City Dumpling Co. was founded by Stuart and Shannon Brantley. Both California Natives that come from foodie families. Stuart and Shannon are bringing creative ideas to the California Culinary scene. Both have had their own successful careers outside of the Culinary industry and now they bring their joint passion for food and creativity thinking to you.
Our Products
We offer a wide variety of specialty dumplings, including a wide array of local Los Angeles ingredients and spices, small-batch sauces, and cooking products to enhance your dumpling experience. We use only the finest ingredients and work with small, independent producers whenever possible. We are a Micro Enterprise Kitchen Operation (MEHKO) which means are food comes Fresh from our Kitchen daily.
